Is DermaFrac better than Dermapen for treating acne scars? (Photos)

I am fair-skin and have moderate acne scaring. I am looking for the most effective treatment and I am seriously considering Dermapen plus PRP because of the pens execution but I am left wondering if dermaFrac would deliver better results?
