Either one

Both a facial plastic surgeon and a dermatologist should be able to address unwanted hyaluronic acid filler with hyaluronidase (also called by various trade names such as Hylenex, Vitrase, etc).  Look for someone with a lot of experience both in cosmetic filler injections and the treatment of their complications.  Also keep in mind that Voluma can be a bit of a stubborn filler to dissolve, and may require more than one injection of hyaluronidase.  Good luck!
