Worried about my alar base reduction. Any suggestions?

Im worried about my alar base reduction. Outwardly it looks "OK", though some scarring at the site. But internally I can feel it all day every day, its worse in the morning. By feel it I mean I feel a tightness and a soreness. It feels like the stitch is wayyy too tight inside and never dissolved. It feels like it did the first week with no improvement. I know that an alar base reduction should be held by now but mine feels bad. I will see my surgeon about it soon. I'm 3.5 months post surgery.
