What can I do for my right side eye puffiness?

I have tried cold compresses, t-bags, cucumbers and eye creams and nothing has worked. I do have a deviated septum on my right side and allergies. My left eye is not as bad. Should I still consider eye fillers?

In general, it is best to assess your health history first.  But if everything checks out then there are some options.

Eyelid puffiness can be exacerbated by diet, alcohol, and allergies.  A low sodium diet (less than 1500 mg per day) can make significant improvements.  Besides seeing an ENT allergist to control your allergies, there are some eye creams that can work, but temporarily.

I do not recommend fillers in the area, like Juvederm, when swelling is present, as they can make the area look even more puffy. In short, the fillers belonging to class of injectables called hyaluronic acid fillers(Juvedern, Restylane, Belotero) tend to attract water--more puffiness..

However, if the puffiness is secondary to eyelid bags, then surgery is typically required.

I hope this helps.

From the photo, it appears, that you have more fat prolapsed over you right lower eyelid than the left. But this still can be somewhat treated with fillers. Surgical trans-conjunctival removal of central right lower eyelid fat removal would be a great option.
