Pain and pressure, and physical change of nose over a year post-septoplasty. How could this be fixed?

I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction done over a year ago and I now have really bad headaches, and a lot of pressure on the bridge of my nose and behind my eyes. my nose also looks completely different than it did before, even though I was told that the physical appearance would not change. I've felt the pressure since I had the procedure done but I thought maybe it was just part of the healing. I would like to know how this could be fixed, as it is painful and uncomfortable. Thanks!
