Hello Sagetour,You should see your doctor ASAP or find a doctor in the area willing to help. There appears to be build up of foods around the implant which is not good for healing. If you cannot get in I would go to the ER to be taken care of which may come with a cost but you need to treat this very quickly.Good luck.

You need to see your dentist ASAP or have him communicate with a dentist that has their office open now so they can get this under control for you and communicate the situation with your vacationing dentist.At worst, an ER with an Oral Surgeon on call whom can suture you back up and start appropriate antibiotics etc if indicated.I have tried to avoid elective surgeries after early Dec due to vacation/holidays etc, this is a reason why!
