Will Finasteride lose its effectiveness if I take it at 9pm in the evening?

Hi. I've probably ask this a million times but I take finasteride at 4pm but I would like to take it in the evening 9pm can I move it to 9pm or will fin lose effectiveness? Thank you

That’s a great question. For some it’s 6 months and for some it’s 2 years. I don’t think daily photos is helpful as it invokes significant anxiety for many. However, taking photos every 2-3 months is a good plan. Be sure to see a hair loss specialist if worried. It’s possible that another h...

In general we expect to see SOME miniaturized hairs in all parts of the scalp. From these photos, I do not see anything concerning. I would consider anything greater than 20-25% miniaturization as something to investigate but these pictures are definitely less than 20%. I hope this helps.
