Feeling Off, and Developed Phobias of Going Outdoors 2 Months Post Septorhinoplasty?

Since 2 month ago after septorhinoplasty I've been feeling "off" and have developed several phobias like heading outdoors especially crowded places. I wonder if all these reactions are normal? I dread going out and doing anything now. I don't feel normal yet. I've seen several doctors but all they can say is anxiety. Is it normal to be anxious about recovery? Help!

Having anxiety around the time of surgery is not uncommon. It should not get to the point where you have such phobias that affect your everyday lift. You should speak to your surgeon about this problem. If this persists, you should consider seeking consultation with a mental health professional.
