The only way to non surgically alter the shape of the nose is through injected material. You may use your own fat, but this fat must be removed from some other location first. Obviously hard tissue that can' t flow through a needle would require some kind of surgical procedure.

Temporary fillers can actually last a considerable length of time - especially in the case of Radiesse. Because the nose typically has less movement than other areas of the face, even the short term fillers tend to last longer in that location - which is one reason the "15 minute nose job" is quite popular.

Injectable products can achieve quite a bit aesthetically, but they do have limits.
