I've noticed that I have a slight facial asymmetry. It's my right above my lips on the right side is slightly protruding. It seems as though the two front root canal and crown may have been the culprit because I noticed that the gum above the crowned teeth protrudes also. My guess is that since those are two front teeth, the dentist put posts to make them stronger and it could be the posts that are making my gums protrude. Is there a way to fix this with out major surgery?
