Depending on the extent of nose surgery, the skin of the nose is separated from the underlying skeleton to allow usto make the needed changes. This restricts the normal lymphatic drainage from the nose to the sides of the nose. Prolonged pressure, especially over a wide area, may affect drainage and, if done by heavy glasses, may fen affect the position of the nose bones which were broken and moved in to narrow the nose.
Wearing light glasses with small foot rests for short periods of time starting 2-3 weeks after the surgery shouldn't adversely affect your result. BUT before doing anything please clear it with your surgeon.
