Eye prescription Rt +0.5 + 2 cyl 90 Lt +0.5 +1 cyl 90 Can you explain this - my seven year old is wearing glasses but eyes seem to be getting worse

Right eye has 1/2 diopter of far-sightedness with 2 diopters of astigmatism (at the 090 degree axis).
Left eye has 1/2 diopter of far-sightedness with 1 diopter of astigmatism (at the 090 degree axis).
