First,Will swelling decrease over time that can be caused by an underlay graft in tip region or is a steroid injection needed. My PS does not use steroids, plus my skin is on the thin side.I am 7 months post open rhino revision. Second,I have read on here that grafts(my cartilage is from septum) can resorb some and soften with time.Plus healing of the nose in time will resolve scare tissue and swelling. Please explain this process with and without steroids. Lastly,I'm not sure I have scar tissue.
