Options for hemifacial microsomia, retrognathia?

I'm a 25-year-old female and I have hemifacial microsomia with a severely asymmetrical jaw (condylar hypoplasia), one flattened cheek, a slightly sunken eye and unilateral retrognathia. I also suffer from dysphagia, laryngeal spasms and dyspnoea when lying down or tilting the head backwards. The condition seems to worsen over time. It also affects me psychologically, because to me, my face looks positively grotesque and I'm ashamed of people looking at my face... What are my options? Thanks.
