Old nose job to be corrected. Please advise

Years ago I had a nose job done in which the nose tip was made a bit smaller. As a result I have two different nostrils. One is higher and more open. I can feel that the left cartilage in my nose tip is higher (longer). There is also space between them. As a result the right side of the nose tip is flatter. Depending which side of my face you see I have two different nose appearances. Would it be wise to correct this? If yes, how? I hope its possible with the more modern techniques?
