Is fat transfer a good option for filling out small deficiencies on the nose? (photo)

I edited a photo on the right of the photo, upper part of the nose is lacking volume, you can see the countour of the nose bone which isn't visable on the other side. This deficiency gives the illusion of a crooked nose from the front. I don't like fillers as it spreads with time and add up
