Atrophic scarring, including ice pick scars, are best treated with modalities that cause injury to the skin causing subsequent collagen formation. Treatment options include fractionated laser, dermaroller or dermapen, resurfacing lasers, deep peels, etc., may help your condition. The right modality for you depends on your skin type, expectations, patience, downtime, and cost. I think using retin a is essential to be part of your scar treatment. It is not effective alone and helps remodel and improve scars. I would also consider using microneedling, filler, PRP, TCA Cross, Infini, and possibly laser resurfacing.
