Does Tretinoin help with anti aging?

Hi, I am currently 25 years old and have been using obagi 1% tretinoin for around 7 months. I’ve always had good skin and never break out but a friend advised me to start using tretinoin to help with the aging process. As I’ve been using the cream for quite a while and haven’t noticed any improvements which was expected as I have no problems with my skin but does this cream actually help with aging? Is it worth me continuing as it’s quite an expensive cream if I currently have no issues?

I have a lot of patients who use generic Retin-A with their Obagi Nuderm kit. Their insurance covers it. The Obagi NuDerm kit lasts about 3 months. You can place tretinoin on the lower eyelids to helps wrinkles, fine lines and pigmentation. I hope this helps.Best wishes,Dr. D.
