What can I do to correct my asymmetrical smile? (photo)

The upper lip on side A of the picture is raised higher than side B. Is it clear what may be causing this crookedness, and how I could go about getting side A to look more like side B? From the photo, does it look like I have Nasolabial folds? Any helpful advice would be appreciated.
