4 years ago I had an aggressive V line jaw shave performed where the surgeon removed too much bone, creating an inward curved V shape of my lower jawline. It left my jawline jagged and had it revised a year later to smooth out the irregularities. I still feel however that it is an odd shape and not natural in appearance and strongly believe that the only solution would be to have custom made implants made to restore the jawline but what are the long term effects of having this type of procedure?
