Yes, your two front teeth are bigger than the others. While it is normal to have larger central incisors, your two front teeth may be slightly longer than the esthetic ideal proportions. I would suggest you visit with a "cosmetic" dentist that is able to communicate clearly with you by use of photos to help you achieve YOUR ideal smile. This may involve orthodontic teeth straightening (I recommend Invisalign) or simply polishing the edges of your two front teeth OR it may involve doing nothing at all.
It's not just you, they are bigger. The good news is that they are supposed to be. Can't tell much from your distorted photo, but if the alignment is of concern, get it checked out by a good orthodontist. Separate issue.
What you are referring to is called reontouring. Not sure why you would want them filed to a point, but set up a consultation with a local dentist to see if they will do it for you. This typically will not give the most aesthetic appearance, but perhaps you are not looking for that....
I would recommend finding a dentist that specializes in dentures. If you can't have implants you will want a dentist that makes these frequently to give you the best fit possible. You can wear adhesive inside if needed. Dentures without implants are not my favorite option, but...
I think your smile could be improved easily improved with some soft tissue laser recontouring and slightly rounding off your canines. A very noninvasive, one hour visit would improve things. Good luck.
