I had BBL, TT in June of this year. How long must I wait to cover my scar with a tattoo and why must I wait?

Scars are active tissues

You should wait until your acarnis stable. This means pale and flat. Scars are metabolically active and firm which makes it difficult for them to accept pigment without turnover. I typically advise waiting a minimum of a year.
