Revision rhinoplasty and alarplasty. Any suggestions? (photos)

I had my nose done and it is an improvement but I'm not too happy with it. I have this hard bump on the side of my nose, feels like cartilage. Its not noticeable in person but it's something that I notice in pictures. I also want to have my nose made thinner and smaller. I live near los Angeles so I'd love to hear from some of the surgeons that are experienced with what I'm looking for. I've edited a picture of what I'd like my nose to look like.
