Is there any side effects of using hair laser removal on my chest, breasts and around the areola and my private parts?

Can laser hair removal around any of those areas hurt? Or develop cancer or something?

Possible side effects from laser hair removal can include blistering, burning, scarring, hyperpigmentation (darkening of the skin), hypo pigmentation (lightening of the skin), or paradoxical hair growth which results in increased hair growth in treated areas. Side effects from laser hair removal are rare. When done correctly by a trained professional, IPL or laser treatments for hair removal are very safe. Patients may have some slight redness or local swelling at the treatment site that typically resolves within several hours. On very rare occasions, blistering or burning may occur. I strongly recommend you to avoid the sun immediately before and after the treatment.
