FUE

You will need a thorough consultation to determine if you are a good candidate for surgery and generally an online chat forum is not a great place for this. You will want to ensure you find a highly experienced, qualified Hair Transplant Surgeon who specializes in FUE & FUT. It is important to find a surgeon who is experienced in dealing with cases with scarring such as yours. Scalp micro-pigmentation could be an option from what I can see from your photos along with a possible surgery.

It is best to see a doctor to understand your condition. You need a diagnosis before you consider treatment options.

You will need 500 - 700 hair follicles

Hi. You will benefit from FUE. You will need about 500 - 700 hair follicles to cover this area to a significant extent.

Thin area

The bst treatment for this and possibly the most cost effective is a process called scalp micropigmentation (see below)

FUE in scars

FUE is possible in scars but it is important to understand that graft survival can be less. A combination of FUE and scalp micropigmentation might provide you with an optimal outcome.
