Eye sight fluctuations 2 weeks after LASIK. Any suggestions? (photos)

If you experience this mostly after computer and tv use than the culprit is certainly dry eyes. Dry eyes are very common after Lasik and you shouldn't worry much as it has only been 3 weeks. Commit yourself to using tear drops and when interacting with tv/computers/phones remember to relax and blink. The lack of blinking when looking at screens is what tends to cause this dryness. 

Dry eyes are so common after LASIK. If your eyes are dry, you may experience scratchy, sandy or blurry vision. Most people will notice some improvement in vision with blinking or artificial tear use and worsening with computer use or screen time or in windy conditions. Frequent (every 15 minutes) preserved free tear use is the first line of defense. Talk to your surgeon about other treatments including fish oil for dry eye, restasis or IPL for dry eye.
