The issue to Re-sleeve is a contested topic among Bariatric Surgeons. These are some of the issues:1) Why would you need to get re-sleeved? Was the procedure done correctly? Or, could there be eating behaviors that undermine the anatomy of the operation? This is a discussion for you and the Bariatric Surgeon.2) Why would you not consider a different revision, such as a Bypass or Switch? If the first operation failed, there is a higher chance it will fail again. Perhaps a more robust operation could provide better results.Most Bariatric Surgeons will agree that this subject is a little ambiguous, with no definitive "right answer".My personal experience has shown small improvements with re-sleeve.Good luck on your weight loss journey.
