Their are multiple things you can do to help with Age Spots, products such as Hydroquinone are a great starter. If you are looking for a little more aggressive approach I would recommend a Pico Laser. Those together are a dominate duo to help reduce your age spots.

I would use Melarase AM and Melarase PM specifically to help improve the color and tone on your legs.

You can use a product that contains 4% hydroquinone.  I have had a great deal of success with the Obagi line of products.

Q-switch laser

Due to your dark skin , be careful of using laser or IPL to treat hyperpigmentation, as it can get worse.   We use a Q-Switch laser, Spectra, the same one that can remove tattoos, in our clinic, especially for darker sin such as Asian, Middle Eastern, and African Amercians.
