What's this lump? Should I be worried?

I had a full anchor breast lift without implants almost 3 months ago. I noticed a lump in my breast 3 days ago. Its about the size of a blueberry and on the lower pole\ inner part of my cleavage area. Not even close to any insicions. There is no pain. What can this be? Should I be worried???

Breas lump

Thanks for your inquiry. I did not notice your age.  You need to be seen by your primary care doctor and be examined.  Depending on your age, family history, exposures, etc a lump in the breast can be normal breast tissue, benign process, scar tissue related to surgery, or something more significant.  Good Luck.
