How do I get rid of deep neck lines?

I am a 28 year old with deep neck lines. They make me look older and heavier because when I gain weight, my skin puffs up around these lines creating apparent neck folds. I would like to have these neck lines removed if possible. Is there a way to get rid of them without having a full-on neck lift? What are my options?

Please post photos for further evaluation and treatment advice. There are many options including VASER/ThermiRF, Thermage/Ultherapy, Botox and lasers and fillers. I suggest seeing a cosmetic dermatologist for an in person consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.

A little bit of this should help

Hello!

Your options for reducing or eliminating the deep lines on your neck without surgery are;
1. Radio frequency or ultrasound skin tightening
2. Botox in the neck to reduce the muscle action forming the lines
3. Thread lift to tighten the skin

A combination of both may be more suitable but this would depend on assessment.
