Skin sensitivity and water.
You may have to see a Specialist for this - there are really rare conditions such as aquagenic pruritus, that can cause sensitive skin after water only. Skin irritation and allergies need to be excluded if you are using a soap free cleanser. A general dermatologist can assist. If all else fails and you still have problems, see a laser dermatologist for treatments. All the best, video explains the use of lasers to treat redness. Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.
