Can the Hair Transplant Surgery push some scalp area down from normal level to form a bump?

Hi After 15 months from my HT, there is an area on the scalp above the right hump gives shadow under light and when i touch it is lower than the normal level of the scalp, and i feel there is like small bump below the skin 100% it was not there before hair transplant Nothing appear on the surface only casting shadow but i can feel it And the issue, there is pain concentrated in that area when i walk or move
