Hair loss after surgery
This is the result of shock loss, the accelerations of your normal loss pattern due to the surgery. See video below
If its transplanted hair this is normal, generally they would all be shed within the first month or two following a transplant surgery. If its natural hair falling out, it is likely a result of shock loss, and the hairs should grow back within the next several months.
Shedding after surgery
It is common to see the transplanted hair fall down after the surgery in 1-1.5 month timing but what you mentioned is the native hair which might be the sign of shock-loss.It is better to check with your doctor for the actual situation
