Having minor discomfort less than a month after transplant is not unusual, there is no need to worry about it. You can contact your doctor for recommendations to manage the pain, or contact them if the pain does not go away within another few weeks.

What you have reported is a very large surgery and many small nerves would have been damaged to cause you some pain that will eventually go away
