What should I do after I used TriPollar STOP X on Thyroid for 2 - 3 months now?

Hello all, I used the Tripollar StopX at home device by mistake on my Thyroid for 2/3 months now around 3/4 times a week probably 2 minutes per time... What should I do? I have ENT doctor appointment but am worried in what can actually cause. Thank you in advance for whoever replies.
