How difficult is the process of reconnecting/tuck my upper lateral, and sesamoid cartiladge into my nasal bones and suture lines. Because my nasal passage ways were widened (cartiladge removed) after deviated septum i had a loss of support on side walls, alar facial groove/junction, and periform aperture resulting in a lack of definition. Additionally i need to widen my tip.
How Difficult is This Process, is It Realistic to Think This Can Be Fixed Back to Normal?
