Only a small amount of mesotherapy would have been used on the facial area. While it's not ideal to receive treatments of mesotherapy while pregnant, I am sure you are fine since this is so early on. Just refrain from doing any more treatments while pregnant.
I sincerely believe you are just fine. I have had patients who have done Botox or fillers or things like that and then found out they were pregnant. It's ok. It's best not to do anymore treatments now that you know, but it's ok. Please don't panic.
I would tend to doubt that injections into fatty areas would effect a pregnancy. But why take the chance. STOP those injections.
