LHR burns (Laser hair removal burns)

These are burns. Your skin looks like your are darkly pigmented, maybe even tan. The marks also look like an IPL. Safely treating hair with your skin type is difficult and I would not do with IPL. Only 1064 laser is recommended but only if you are not tan and have not been in the sun for at least 3 weeks. Now you have burns which may leave hyperpigmented areas. I would apply steroid OTC creams to the area for the next few days. I would discuss with your provider immediately. I wouldn't get the treatment again from this provider.

Results will vary depending on last session

If this as only a few days later this should resolve. Discuss this with provider and have the provider monitor process. Wait before having any more sessions until this resolves.

Pigment post laser

You possibly have a mild burn in the area. You can speak with your provider about your concerns and get their recommended post care. Keeping the area hydrated with aquaphor and staying out of the sun can help reduce the risk of long term effects.
