My sister just had DERMAGEN injected to her face for chin improvement, nasolabial folds, lower lib, etc. After she told me I looked the product up and realized it may not be safe. I later found out that it may be mostly silicon and that it is not FDA approved. What should be done? She has had no adverse symptoms so far, but she just had it done a couple of days ago. Should she try to excise it? Can it be removed and if so, how complicated will it be? or should she just let it be and hope for the best? If it should be excised, might this be covered by insurance as a corrective procedure? Thanks in advance for your advice.
