Without a little more history, seeing you in person or reviewing and ordering further blood work it is difficult to give you a diagnosis with certainty. You say however that you have AGA, medication wise the only drug available for most females is topical Rogaine. Rogaine would likely be started after you have an evaluation by a hair specialist. Do not expect to see results before 3 months of daily use.

27 year old female; I have AGA and dermatitis. Will I ever get any new hair growth?
In my opinion it may be your best bet to use 5% minoxidil/Rogaine Topical. You may decrease to 2% Rogaine if you develop some facial hair; which is not permanent. If you should develop some facial hair, it will disappear with time if you decrease to 2%. If you like you can start with 2%and increase to 5% if necessary.
