Can A Second Dentist Appeal A Decision By Vivos?

I posted a question about this before. I contacted the first dentist I saw for the DNA appliance to grow both my jaws forward. It has been a while since I saw her. She said it was Vivos who denied me the DNA appliance, because my airway is already large, even though my jaw surgeon says I am a candidate for double jaw surgery, and the surgery would increase the airway size as well. They have no problem. So, I was advised on this site to seek a second opinion from another Vivos provider. But can a second one reason with the dentists at Vivos and appeal this decision for me? Can another dentist at least try? Or is it not possible? Thanks in advance for your help.
