What is the cause of my facial asymmetry?

Hello. I’d like to ask you highly qualified doctors for the reason of my facial asymmetry. The left side of my mandible and cheekbones is wider and more grown and the left side of my eye is also placed properly where as the right side of my face is narrower with the chanthal tilt being different in both eyes My skull has a dent from the right side (not noticeable but can feel through touch) and my teeth are not placed properly( wisdom teeth partially erupted from one side) one side of it is narr
