Discolouration of scar after laser (Photo)

It's been 2 year , I took last sittings of fractional laser. Total 4z Earlier it was not visible from distance. Now lighter color is much noticeAble. the length of scar increased. treatment I took made it lighter than original skin. I guess original top most skin has burned.inner skin is visible. Depth has decreased little but length has increased as the laser has burnt the top most layer is skin a little extra. M very upset. I thought color of scar will be same as skin color after some time.

Try micro needling with Latiesse

Hypo pigmentation is very very difficult to treat. My first step is Latiesse with micro needling. Go for at least 3 months. Add narrowband phototherapy. If all else fails, ReCell can help. This is last line resort, and the success rate is approx 60-80%. Cheers, Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.

Discoloration/Scar/Dark Skin--Requires a Combination of Fractional Laser Resurfacing, RF (sublative/viva), microneedling/PRP

This can be difficult to treat but often sees improvement with fractional laser (Clear + Brilliant/ Fraxel) or radiofrequency (sublative/ viva).  I often combine with microneedling/PRP.  Find a laser expert for treatment.  Best, Dr. Emer.
