Carboxytherapy vs fractional laser for psoriasis?

Thanks for your query. I would suggest neither. Inverse psoriasis generally affects skin folds and creases like groins and arm pits etc, so Carboxytherapy and co2 fractional laser are not a very good option for that. For mild inverse psoriasis topical and oral medications work well. If you are considering some procedure options then NBUVB will work for you as it clears off the psoriasis. Hope it helps.
