Which Microneedling/ RF device gives the best results Vivace or Cutera Secret? How many treatments are needed?

Given the skin concerns you noted in your question, RF microneedling sounds like it would be a good option for you to pursue. Before I brought RF microneedling into my practice, I evaluated both the Secret and the Vivace, ultimately deciding on the Vivace for my practice. We have seen excellent results with the Vivace in my practice, however both the Secret and the Vivace are good devices and you will receive a good treatment from either device in the right hands. Given that these devices are pretty similar, I would encourage you to focus more on the provider administering the treatment, their experience and their results in their patients. With device treatments, getting the best treatment results is certainly partially dependent on who is administering the treatments given that there are different energy levels, needle penetration depths, number of passes etc. that your provider will have to evaluate for your particular concerns. RF microneedling is ideal for improving the fine lines around the mouth as
well as sagging of the lower face. I personally tried many  RF
microneedling devices before deciding to purchase Vivace for my practice. It
has been a useful addition to my practice with many happy patients due to their
excellent results. The advantages of Vivace over other devices are the robotic
hand piece that provides a comfortable experience as well as the gold
microneedles that prevent excessive downtime. However, with any treatment, your
experience and results are more dependent on the provider performing the
procedure than on the small differences of competing devices.  I would
encourage you find an experienced provider who you trust. Such a person, will
customize your by adjusting the energy level, the needle penetration depth and
the number of passes to give you the best possible results. I wish you the
