It's not normal to have pain 3 weeks later and you should not be wearing your temporary over the implants for at least a month if not more to ensure no pressure results on the implants. It's always more risky to place pressure right away over newly placed implants. I would go back to your surgeon and have an xray taken and assess if the implants are moving or if there is an infection around the gums.
Hi, its usual to have discomfort up to 3 weeks later.Do you experience any numbing on your tongue or lip on the side where the implants have been placed?is it only sore if you are wearing your temporary ? it could be that the the temporary needs to be relieved in the area where the implants were placed.
You should not be having much discomfort after 3 weeks. The temporary should not be touching the area, if it is this may be causing the pain. If there is pain without the temporary in, then see your surgeon to have the area evaluated

The changes you mention would not be caused by removing wisdom teeth. Are these the only back molars you had? If so, maybe your face could be more sunken in,etc and implants could be done to help that but these would be in the more forward molar positions. not the wisdom teeth.
