My Nasolabial Angle is Different Making Me Look Like a Who from Whoville.

Ive researched a lot and I know every doctor says wait a year, all I really want to know is, is this a give it time fix or is this a revision. Will my nose drop I feel like it's upturned, my columella is clearly too low right now, it's hard to tell in photos, and my nasolabial angle is changing my face. Pls help.

Revision rhinoplasty candidate at one year

A full set of facial photographs are required to make a determination about a  difficult revision surgical procedure. A hanging columella can be reduced along with the nasolabial angle after one year.
