Would I need custom jaw angle implants or would standard ones suffice? (photos)

I'm 21 years old and have always wanted a more chiseled / square-looking jaw. I'm currently working my ass off to save up for the procedure, the only thing I'd like to know right now is if standard implants would fit my vision in your opinion or if I need custom ones. I attempted to edit some of my photos to show what I want.

Standard implants will not give you the look you expect to have because they are not specifically made for you or your personal vision.
In many cases, even custom-fit/custom-designed implants are not ideal for some patients because you must consider the look they will produce on your face as a whole. You seem to have a slimmer neck, and thus a lot of special attention needs to be implemented when designing your jaw and possibly chin implants. You have not offered side/profile pictures, which limits my suggestions.
