Would I need custom jaw angle implants or would standard ones suffice? (photos)

I'm 21 years old and have always wanted a more chiseled / square-looking jaw. I'm currently working my ass off to save up for the procedure, the only thing I'd like to know right now is if standard implants would fit my vision in your opinion or if I need custom ones. I attempted to edit some of my photos to show what I want.

From the limited photos you have provided, I can only assume that you are a good candidate for custom cheek implants. It would uplift your mid-face and give you more "presence" and a less tired look. The jaw, lips, and nose look proportionate in this picture.

The observation is not untrue - the type of material used is often the issue. If one uses a 'preformed' implant, then the material is even more important since 'hard' materials look too strong especially for females. As well, there is a misconception that 'CT scans' will improve the outcome; but...
