Crooked Nose with Bad Shape. What are my options? (Photo)

I am 27yrs old Asian male, have a crooked nose due to deviated septum (correct me if am wrong). My nose got no shape, I want to make it Lean, Sharp from tip and straight which helps me breathe, was born with this did'nt have any injury. Should I go for Open or Closed Rhinoplasty or non-surgical (don't thingk non-surgical will work). I am raealistic, know cosmetic surgery's have limitations, but what would be my success rate based on picture below. Kindly suggest a viable option.

You certainly could get improvement with a rhinoplasty. Making a nose perfectly straight is often not possible, but better is.  Good luck.

I think that all of those aspects can be improved with a rhinoplasty.
