Should I try and or which TCA peel strength for 62 year old hands?

I've tried the 10% glycolic, 35% lactic acids with no results.

Don't do extra facial TCA peels at home!

TCA peels at very low concentration, done correctly can be safe at home- but only on the face. This area is more forgiving than the chest, neck and hands.

If you have pigmentation or want rejuvenation for your hands, a combination of lasers such as Fractional Co2, QSL for brown spots, and Juvederm or Radiesse filler is best. TCA carries too much risks with the event of new methods for hand rejuvenation.

All the best

Please see a cosmetic dermatologist for treatment and evaluation. I suggest never doing a TCA peel at home. Best, Dr. Emer
